Robert Homberger

Rob is a venture partner and strategic design leader with over 15 years’ experience spanning product design, UX, research, and innovation. He’s helped shape and scale products, services, and businesses across startups, corporates, and venture studios. Curious, commercial, and deeply customer-centric, Rob blends hands-on design craft with business acumen — equally comfortable running product discovery or building and leading high-performing design teams. His experience includes roles at CBA, ANZ, ANZi/1835i, and multiple startups, giving him a unique ability to bridge corporate rigour with start-up speed. Rob has led the design of ventures now in market including Propps (Proptech), Dataco (B2B SaaS), Home-in (Proptech), and ANZ GoBiz (Business Lending). His focus: uncovering opportunities, validating them fast, and helping founders build products that customers love and investors back.
